Rental contract:
This is a contract between the agency and the main driver, both parties must strictly adhere to the general conditions for renting the vehicle.
Driver’s age:
The driver must be at least 23 years old and hold a valid driver’s license that is at least 2 years old. Only the driver named in the contract may take the wheel .
Use of the vehicle:
- A description of the car’s condition will be attached to your papers and contract. The agency will deliver a car in the condition described, and the lessee must agree to this in writing,
- Please inspect the vehicle thoroughly before leaving the agency,
- The agency will not consider any claims for apparent damage that was not reported when the vehicle was made available,
- On return, the vehicle must be in the condition described.
- Any costs incurred by the lessee or an identified third party in restoring the vehicle to its original condition will be added to the rental price,
- The renter has the right to drive the vehicle within Morocco only.
- The hirer is responsible for any offences committed during the rental period, and his or her details may be passed on to the authorities if necessary.
It is strictly forbidden to:
- Re-lease the vehicle,
- Participate in rallies/competitions with the vehicle,
- Intentionally committing an offence.
- In the event of damage or theft, the renter must inform the agency within 48 hours. In the event of an accident, the hirer must provide the agency with an amicable accident report, or in the event of theft, with the theft report receipt issued by the authorities, as well as the vehicle’s keys and papers.
- The hirer must be alert to any warning lights on the vehicle’s dashboard and carry out the usual checks (tire pressures, engine oil and water levels, etc.) as necessary.
- The vehicle will be delivered with tires in compliance with road regulations. In the event of damage to any of them, the hirer will be obliged to replace them immediately at his own expense with tires of the same size, type and make.
Rental period:
- The lessee undertakes to return the vehicle to the rental agency on the date specified in the contract.
- The rental period is calculated from the time the vehicle is made available.
- The duration of a rental contract is a minimum of 3 days.
Vehicle return:
- The vehicle must be returned during the agency’s opening hours.
- In the event of early return, no refund will be made for unused rental days.
- In the event of late return, it is important to submit an extension request to our agency, together with payment for the additional rental days.
Changes to your rental:
- For any changes to the rental period or to the mileage agreed in the contract, the renter will have to pay a price increase. If the vehicle is returned in a city other than Casablanca, the renter will be required to pay a supplement for the vehicle recovery service.
